What Hernio Cannot Do

Hernio cannot diagnose you, review private test results, decide whether surgery is needed, prescribe medications, or replace instructions from Dr. Gay or the surgical team.

When to Call or Seek Care

Call the office for worsening pain, increasing redness, drainage, fever, chills, rapidly increasing swelling, or anything that does not feel right after surgery.

Seek urgent or emergency care for chest pain, shortness of breath, persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, fainting, inability to pass gas or stool, inability to urinate, or a firm painful bulge that will not go back in.
